So far they’ve announced they’re releasing 2 full-size 1:1 replica weapons from the movie. Fairly low edition sizes, and no doubt shipping will be expensive, but since they’re being created by the same people that made the props in the first place, I’m sure accuracy and quality will be top notch.

These would be very cool to have but direct from Weta for me would be out of my league. I didn’t mind the D9 experience but found it very sad and really quite real appearing which was perhaps too much for me little brain.
Still, looked to me like was set up for a sequel and would like to see it.
Wife mentioned it was filmed in Vancouver, not sure true but if….YIKES!!…too close to home!

I know some of it was filmed in South Africa, not sure which parts would’ve been filmed in Vancouver, maybe some of the office stuff. I wouldn’t get the replica guns either, though I can see why they’d have some huge appeal for die-hard fans of the film.
