Ultimate Secret for $12.99 currently at Amazon
Not nearly as good as Ultimate Nightmare, this tosses in the Fantastic Four and Mahr Vehl, a Kree who’s decided he loves Earth and wants to save at least some of it, rather than watching it be destroyed. The most interesting story element is that the Kree themselves, aside from Marh Vehl, are trying to prevent the humans from acting against Galactus.
It had some neat stuff in there, but it was mostly meh. Not terribly exciting, nor that well written. It does bring up story points that make it worth reading if you’re enjoying the event, but it does not function well as a standalone comic, nor does it successfully expand on the neat ideas that it did bring up.
I had few complaints about the art, but it doesn’t stand out either.
