Each figure comes in at around $75 with multiple points of articulation. Apparently there are going to be 8 in total though I’ve only been able to find pictures of 5. Check whatever import store you frequent or if you wait long enough, the Final Fantasy creatures usually show up in some domestic stores.

Square-Enix is making a fairly impressive push into statues and figures lately and this, their Cloud Final Fantasy Static Arts statue is no exception. There was a companion Sephiroth statue made around the same time as this as well. Is this an actual worthwhile Final Fantasy 7 statue? Read on to find out.

The Square Enix Play Arts Kai line has been coming along nicely with another sneak peek recently at a major character. Here’s the vehicle boss of Peace Walker, Cocoon. Up for order at most import shops and BBTS for just under $200. It’s QUITE large so I’d certainly say it’s worth the money.

Good to see that Square Enix is expanding the Metal Gear Play Arts Kai line. Kaz / Master Miller here has been in a few of the games, though I’m surprised they didn’t go for Liquid or Ocelot first.

Coming in at about $60, this set has some real fan favourites. Cecil from FF2/4, Terra from FF3/6, Sephiroth, Firion, and Bartz. Should be up for preorder in the coming months at various import sites.

Square Enix releasing 2 new Disney Formation Arts sets

Coming in at about $60 each, Square Enix is releasing 2 new Disney Formation Arts sets. These are surprisingly nicely done considering their small size so if you’re a fan of Nightmare Before Christmas or Lilo and Stitch, you’ll probably enjoy these.

You’re most likely familiar with the Play Arts Kai line from Square Enix’s best franchise, their Metal Gear figures. They’re loaded with articulation and fairly pricey, you’re looking at about $50 a pop, they’re releasing three figures from the game Halo Reach in the first wave. Images under the cut.

Some of these have been seen before, some haven’t, enjoy the pics from Gizmodo Japan. Seems they’re having a bit of a slime focus this year!

These should be available around the same time as Snake, for a very similar price (around $10 more). They seem rather nicely detailed and are supposed to be the Metal Gear mechs within the game.

Seeing more shots of this makes me even more excited for it. Looks like it has some fantastic articulation and some nice accessories.
