Bowen Designs partial sneak peek of the Kitty Pryde variant and Sandman variant

This is a bit unusual, but here’s a sneak peek of the finished versions of the Kitty Pryde and Sandman statue variants. You can’t see that much and armored Sandman looks goofy as hell (not Bowen’s fault of course, I mean what artist designed that thing?) but here you go :

With the full reveal of the regular Bowen Designs Sandman statue, it was only a matter of time until the variant was shown. Here it is, the armored version of Sandman. Somehow I missed the comics with this version of him, but is it just me, or is this completely useless?

A guy made of sand who has the power to change into any shape…wants to be STUCK in one particular shape? Doesn’t that make him way more vulnerable? I DUNNO. I want to read the comics just to find out who thought this design was a good idea and why. Maybe I’ll be surprised.

Here’s an update on the Bowen Designs Sandman statue plus his variant. I’ve never read any issues where he wore armour, and quite frankly, it seems ridiculous that a guy made out of sand would ever have a use for armour, but there you have it. I’m loving the amount of display options available.
