Just finished this up, I’m quite happy with it. Going to bust out the airbrush in the next few days and start learning how to use that. I’ve got a lot of awesome custom projects coming up soon so I’m pretty excited about it.

I normally wouldn’t revisit a customizer this early, but since I’ve been working on Muggs lately and drawn some more inspiration from him, here’s the rest of the Muggs of his that I’ve enjoyed.

Since these are all such small pictures, I’ll just toss up more than usual. These particular Mighty Muggs are made by a customizer that goes by Are-Jay. He’s got a really fantastic style and he’s done a pretty wide variety of toys as well.

Just finished off my latest custom mugg, Mystique. This one was tricky because females do not look flattering in Mugg form at all. The official ones are subpar at best. Just finished this custom off, I think he’s by far my best yet. My line work has improved a ton, improved my colour mixing/matching abilities, it was a blast. I’ve got an airbrush now too, so I’m going to start practicing with that. Might not use it on my next Mugg, we’ll see how long [...]
