The Square Enix Play Arts Kai line has been coming along nicely with another sneak peek recently at a major character. Here’s the vehicle boss of Peace Walker, Cocoon. Up for order at most import shops and BBTS for just under $200. It’s QUITE large so I’d certainly say it’s worth the money.

Uniqlo is releasing a line of Metal Gear Solid : Peace Walker shirts to go along with the upcoming game. These should be available around the same time as Snake, for a very similar price (around $10 more). They seem rather nicely detailed and are supposed to be the Metal Gear mechs within the game.

Seeing more shots of this makes me even more excited for it. Looks like it has some fantastic articulation and some nice accessories.

I’m surprised Medicom and Square Enix both have a licence to make Metal Gear figures but hey, whatever results in better toys is fine by me. They also seem to be making little miniatures of the Metal Gear vehicles.
