Hope you haven’t had enough of Tron merchandising, because no doubt you’re going to see plenty more before the movie comes out. Medicom is prepping 3 sets of Kubrick and Bearbrick figures with a MSRP of $20 each. These are some of the nicer ones I’ve seen lately so here you go :

Apparently some of these showed up at the Medicom booth at Wonderfest, but I hadn’t seen them, strange! As you can see, they’re planning to release Kubricks, and what appears to be a VCD as well as a flocked figure.

Medicom is known for releasing plenty of exclusive or otherwise limited Kubrick and Bearbrick figures so it’s not a surprise they’ll have one for a highly anticipated movie at SDCC, Tron! Limited to 1500 and available at the Diamond booth, no pricing announced yet.

Gotta admit, I’m shocked that Medicom grabbed the Harry Potter 12″ licence instead of Hot Toys, considering the popularity of the series and the amount of characters they could release. That said, Medicom’s Real Action Hero release isn’t looking too shabby, though I bet it’ll be very light on the accessories, which is a real [...]

As with all Medicom announcements, you can expect these to be really expensive. Their Evangelion Real Action Heroes figures do look rather nice though, I’d go so far as to say it’s their most consistent line in the RAH field.

My complaints about Medicom’s toys being way too expensive for what you get are well known, and their newest Star Wars figures keep up the trend.
