Really liking these Lego Lord of the Rings minifigure previews so far! They’ve adapted them to the style quite well and Lord of the Rings offers a ton of opportunity for unique sets. Check out some additional pictures that were sent my way.

Here’s some exciting LEGO news! A sneak peek of some of their most fun looking lines for next year, the Monsters one, the Hobbit, and Marvel (possibly just Avengers?). More details as they’re available!

The first wave of Lego DC sets is up for order and they’re looking great. Primarily Batman focused (as opposed to their previous DC Legos, which were exclusively Batman), they do expand to include Superman, Wonder Woman, Lex Luthor, and Green Lantern. For you LEGO collectors out there, Amazon matched the Toys R Us price on these two sets. Except most states don’t pay sales tax at Amazon! Plus, it’s become difficult to find the Death Star at retail in many areas. LEGO Star Wars Death Star for $359.99 LEGO Star Wars Millennium Falcon for $104.99

50 inches long, over 3000 pieces, and weighing in at 8 pounds and $400, this is looking like one of the best Star Wars sets to date!

Figures.com has some great coverage of the Star Wars LEGOLAND premiere that I’m sure you guys would love to see. I’ll go there someday and grab tons of pics but until then, enjoy!
