The next Kidrobot random box set? South Park!

A reader just sent me some of these images via email, seems the next Kidrobot set of figures will be South Park! Apparently there will be a total of 16 figures, more details as I have them.

Kidrobot’s next line of figures, Family Guy! While I’m not a Family Guy fan, both their Simpsons and Futurama figures were top notch so I’m sure any Family Guy fan is gonna love these. If you like them, feel free to preorder a box over at BBTS.

These were a popular line when they initially came out, I think I did a review ages ago. If not, I’ll do one eventually. Kidrobot‘s latest entry into their designer toy lines, the Simpsons series 2. Kidrobot announces some of their SDCC exclusives

Much like their blind boxes though, Kidrobot just has to have a few secret exclusives. They’ll be at booth #4529 and the exclusives are : Simpsons 6″ Lard Lad ($45), 3″ DJ Lance Dunny from Yo Gabba Gabba, and a 3″ special Sket-One Dunny. I’m surprised I hadn’t heard of this earlier, but apparently as of this month, Kidrobot isn’t allowing retailers to open blind-boxes and sell the figures individually, nor are retailers allowed to sell the opened boxes on Ebay. Given that Kidrobot is probably the largest player in the designer toy industry, this seems a downright bizarre [...]
