Kotobukiya has been known to release figures with removable clothing before, but as far as I know, not on their licences that are well known to western audiences. A few days ago I showed off a recast Buffy Premium Format statue. The guys involved were taking statues, stripping them nude, giving them humongous breasts, then adding on really dumb looking optional clothing so they can still sell them on Ebay. I’m against recasting, after all, there’s a Recast Alert section on the site. [...]
