Kotobukiya releasing an Elvis Presley’68 Comeback Special 1/6th Scale ARTFX Figure

Now this is interesting. I saw a preview of this but didn’t post it since I wasn’t aware what exactly it was going to be. Kotobukiya is releasing an Elvis Presley’68 Comeback Special 1/6th Scale ARTFX Figure. It says it’s part of the ArtFX line, which is traditionally statues, but as you can see from the pictures, it can go into quite a variety of poses! It looks like a quality 1/6th scale figure. They’re working with Enterbay on this project but I wonder if this means Kotobukiya is interested in getting into 1/6th figures?

I believe these are all going to be similar to Enterbay’s T-800 Terminator figure. Check out these announcements! If they can nail some of these figures, Enterbay is going to becoming serious competition in 1/4th scale.

Enterbay and Medicom releasing their next overly expensive Star Wars figure – Han Solo

To give credit where it’s due, this looks much nicer than the Luke figure. Enterbay and Medicom are once again teaming up and bringing out a figure in their “Ultimate Unison” Star Wars line, Han Solo, with multiple outfits and accessories. The facial sculpt seems a little stern for Han Solo though, so an alternate face would’ve been appreciated. You can see a larger gallery here. If you’re interested in pre-ordering, I’d wait until domestic sellers have it available.

Makes me wonder if Enterbay is trying to make 1/4 scale high quality articulated figures a new market because there’s definite potential. There’s been a lot of back and forth whether this T-800 or the Hot Toys (1/6th) scale is better, as well as a few comparisons to Sideshow’s offering. It definitely looks good and at $399.99 over at BBTS, reasonably priced for an Enterbay product!

Seems to be coming along great, switch-out hands, multiple weapon options, great likeness. No price or estimated release date yet that I know of. I’m sure it’ll be a few weeks more until we get the final details. Check out the updated Enterbay 1/4 scale T-800 Arnold figure!

If Sideshow’s upcoming T-800 1/4th scale PF isn’t up your alley, perhaps the Enterbay one will be! Check out a sneak of their upcoming T-800. Hopefully some higher quality shots start coming down the pipes soon, it’s looking great so far.

I was pretty blown away when I saw this today. Check out Enterbay’s Jean Reno face sculpt, a preview for the upcoming figure. If it looks this good outside of sneaks, this is going to be one of the best face sculpts on the market!

Enterbay sneaking a 1/4th scale Terminator T-800!

Unfortunately I’m not sure whether this is a statue or figure yet, I’ve heard mixed reports about the translation. As far as I can tell, it’s a 1/4th scale statue with limited articulation, possibly in the arms and head area. Either way, enjoy the Enterbay 1/4th scale Terminator T-800 sneak peek.
