Statue Alert – Kotobukiya Thor might have a paint problem

In an unfortunate turn of events, it seems that some of the Kotobukiya Thor statues have paint chips along the hand that holds the hammer. It’s been reported by about half a dozen people so far, but not by everyone. It seems to vary from mild to moderately bad. Since the vast majority don’t seem to be experiencing this, I wouldn’t be concerned about buying the statue. Just make that if you do receive one, you inspect the paint to make sure you don’t have a dud.
