Justice League : Earth 2 Paperback for $10.19 currently at Amazon
The story isn’t original by any means, it’s been done before in the DC universe, but it’s done really well here and it’s a blast to read. The Justice League finds out there’s an alternate Earth with an evil version of the Justice League and they attempt to go there and help out. Surprise surprise, it turns into a real disaster and both worlds get wrecked up really good.
I’ve always wondered why the DC universe so frequently used bizarro versions of their characters or other wacky universe versions of their characters. Not that I’m against it, it just seemed strange that it would be more common within DC than other companies.
The art’s very stylized and enjoyable, except for the women, which look utterly awful. It seems like the art was pretty close to perfect, but he just couldn’t nail the women so he decided to say screw it and drew these kinda manly things with boobs.
