Gentle Giant announces one of their SDCC exclusives – Darth Vader McQuarrie concept bust

Not that I’ve ever mentioned it before, but I’m a big fan of the gorgeous concept work that Ralph McQuarrie did for the Star Wars trilogy. I own the Kotobukiya concept Vader vs Luke statue and I’d love to get a few high quality prints to put up somewhere. Out of the SDCC exclusives that I’ve seen so far, this is my personal favourite.
The one pictured above is a one-off broze prototype, the real version will be fully coloured and feature 3 heads. I’m guessing : concept, traditional, and either battle damaged or Anakin’s face. Once I get those images/more details, I’ll toss them up!
